Influenza

What is it?
Influenza (flu) is most common in the southern hemisphere during their winter season, which is summer in the northern hemisphere and visa-versa. Vaccination should be considered for those at risk of serious disease or traveller’s who can be at risk during the summer months, particularly if travelling in large groups or in crowed conditions such as cruise ships and pilgrimages.

We are running a flu immunisation service for those not eligible for an NHS flu vaccine. Vaccines are now in stock and we are taking bookings for appointments. To find out more, or book an appointment, please contact us.
