What is it?
Yellow fever is spread by mosquito bites. It is a serious often fatal illness. Vaccination is recommended for those who travel into risk areas. Many countries require a Yellow Fever vaccination certificate for entry.
Yellow Fever vaccine is a live immunisation. If you require other live vaccinations such as Measles, Mumps & Rubella (MMR), Varicella (Chicken Pox) or a BCG, then Yellow Fever vaccine must be given on the same day or separated by 4 weeks.
